Since many of our items are handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via express courier.

We accept returns on unused and non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved products are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
