Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective wrap to prevent any scratches or damage to the leather during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our workshop in Istanbul.

Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
